Did you pay for your purchase by credit card? Contest the transaction with the card issuer. They may be able to refund you, subject to certain conditions.
Scam
Have you been scammed, or has the seller gone missing? Report the issue to the Economic Inspection via the Consumer Connect platform. They can take action across borders.
ECC Belgium provides legal advice and support to find an amicable solution for cross-border consumer questions or complaints. If your question or request falls within ECC Belgium’s responsibility, some information and documents will be required.
Alternative dispute resolution
These organisations can help you resolve your dispute quickly and at low cost, without going to court. Find out who they are and contact them regarding your issue with transport, online services, insurance, etc.
